The Department of Public Service and Administration (DPSA), through the Minister, Inkosi Mzamo Buthelezi, has disclosed to RISE Mzansi that three Members of Cabinet have requested deviations from the Public Service Act, in order to appoint candidates in their respective offices who do not meet the minimum requirements for the specified jobs.
