RISE Mzansi Youth and Student Chapters celebrate a recent victory, securing a majority in the Student Representative Council (SRC) elections at Goldfields TVET College, Welkom Campus. Dedicated to promoting social equity, justice, and economic development, RISE Mzansi vows to address prevalent student issues such as financial constraints and academic exclusions.
To alleviate the impact on academic performance caused by delayed NSFAS allowances, RISE Mzansi has launched the One Meal; One Student campaign. This initiative provides daily meals to students during the wait for their NSFAS allowances, aiming to mitigate challenges related to food and accommodation expenses.
Responding to recent student protests nationwide, RISE Mzansi Youth and Student Chapters support students advocating for timely funding for essentials like food and study materials. Upholding a mission to empower and educate, RISE Mzansi fosters a future of prosperity and equality through strong advocacy and community support.
