In response to a RISE Mzansi parliamentary question, the Minister of Transport, Barbara Creecy, has stated that between 2022/23 and 2024/25, the South African National Roads Agency Limited (SANRAL) has paid out a total of R15,710,638.04 to 116 claimants for pothole damage on the country’s national roads.
