RISE Mzansi welcomes the arrest of four people linked to the horrendous Lusikisiki Mass Shooting. This comes less than 24-hours after the South African Police Service (SAPS) released the identities of the suspects. This speaks to a greater need to collaborate with communities in policing, as well as the need to continuously use traditional and social media channels.
